Hi, I’m Monica! After 30 years in the bio-tech/pharmaceutical industry, I was ready to chart a new course. I had a great ride and look back at my corporate past with pride and gratitude. I worked on 4 teams (sales, training, marketing and scientific affairs), in 4 cities across the US. I knew my experience was unique, as it got more difficult over the years to crossover from commercial to scientific affairs due to changing regulations. My experience and background allowed me to support my colleagues when communication gaps occurred between departments that had seemingly conflicting objectives. I liked making a difference with my colleagues and this planted the seed for my next chapter.

At an internal leadership summit, I was introduced to the Energy Leadership Model. It was simple to apply and helped make sense of the often confusing emotions that underlie our actions and reactions. I was excited to have a map for elevating my awareness so I could make real time better decisions, especially under stress. This newfound power and insight energized both my work and personal life. Although it was a difficult decision to leave my job and career of 30 years, I decided to take the leap.

I now focus on helping others discover insights about themselves that literally change the way they live and work. It’s like learning to drive for the first time. You will have a new sense of control and ability to direct your life- to achieve success as you define it.
