You may have taken personality tests… but the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a little different

While Myers Briggs and DiSC measure personality traits, the ELI is attitudinal and measures how your energy “shows up,” in various aspects of your life. You will gain insight into the areas of your life that are working and then see where your filters and learned beliefs are getting in the way. All of this is presented inside of a model or map that helps you increase your understanding of your energetic makeup- both in normal circumstances and under stress. With this new level of self-awareness and the energy map to guide you, you can see how and where you want to shift your energy to a more powerful level. It’s like getting a new pair of glasses that enables you to focus on your energy behind the thoughts and emotions. With this information we are better equipped to respond rather than react to circumstances, especially under stress.

With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients have learned how to harness their energy and resolve challenges with less effort. The energy drain from unresolved issues diminishes and there is more time and energy for living in the present and being available for the task at hand.
